The 2026-2027 Terp Family Student Scholarship application is now open!
The application submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026.
The Terp Family Student Scholarship is a one-time award presented each year to undergraduate students in good standing who may be unable to continue their education at the University due to extenuating financial circumstances. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the committee will award a minimum of 20 scholarships of up to $2,000.
The Office of Family Engagement is committed to diversity and purposeful inclusion in our services, programs, and resources that promote the engagement of family members in student success. We are committed to advocating for and centering the experiences of First-Generation, BIPOC, and LGBTQ students and families, and to developing and promoting culturally conscious, respectful, and transformational programs and services. We embrace a multidimensional concept of family and the diversity of family structures, including families of origin and families of choice.
